Week #8 of Workout Wednesday. We will be releasing a video every Wednesday showing you how you can easily get your fit on at home.
This week, Olivia gives you a workout that you can do at home, no equipment needed!
The workout is as follows...
Every EVEN minute, on the minute (e.g. minutes 0, 2, 4, 6 etc) complete: 5 plank up downs, 10 shoulder taps (each side) and 15 sit ups
Every ODD minute, on the minute (e.g. minutes 1, 3, 5, 7 etc) complete: 5 burpees, 10 lunges (only 5 each side) and 15 squats
