SANE is a UK-wide charity working to improve quality of life for people affected by mental illness.SANE offers emotional support and information to anyone affected by mental health problems through their helpline and email services and their online Support Forum where people share their feelings and experiences.Tel:0845 767 8000

Time to Change is England's biggest programme to challenge mental health stigma and discrimination.

Provides expert advice and information to people with mental health problems and those who care for them, as well as giving help to health professionals, employers and staff. Tel: 0300 5000 927

Provides confidential, non-judgmental emotional support for people experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those that could lead to suicide. You can phone, email, write a letter or in most cases talk to someone face to face.Tel: 08457 90 90 90 (24 hours a day)

Children & Young People 

They work with children and young people aged 8 to 19 years, providing a range of support programmes for those who are experiencing difficulties of any sort.Tel: 01209 218764

They work with 11-25 year olds across the county, offering a shoulder to lean on and a safe, confidential space to talk about any issues young people might be.
